Job Qualification:
- Responsible for recruiting referrers and prospecting within the target market, utilizing digital platforms for outreach, meeting monthly recruitment quotas, and submitting daily and weekly reports on prospecting, sales activities, and progress.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and provide excellent customer service. Strong skills in active listening, empathy, negotiation and relationship building.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Minimum of 6 months experience within the real estate or a related field.
Educational qualification:
