Ensure that the approved marketing spiels are communicated to the customers.
• Answers inquiries from students, parents or other clients who are interested in enrolling at TOPRANK.
• Recommend to the Educational Channels Officer other potential organizations or bodies where new
students may be recruited.
• Monitor and document student recruitment activities.
• Submit daily statistical report on enrollment including but not limited to number of sales calls made,
number of students who confirm enrollment, and number of walk-ins to the Educational Channels
Coordinator
• Assist in the implementation of qualitative and quantitative market research as instructed by the Sales
and Marketing Manager
• Submit periodic status reports to the Educational Channels Coordinator.
• Perform Customer Relations functions as secondary tasks.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
