Job Summary:
La Penderie is looking for a fashion-forward, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our boutique. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining a well-organized store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, assist with styling, and recommend products.
  • Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques.
  • Process transactions using POS, handle returns, and ensure payment accuracy.
  • Organize merchandise, replenish stock, and maintain store displays.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and stock management.
  • Participate in social media content creation when needed.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Passion for fashion, trends, and styling.
Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
