2. Prospects/ searches / pre-qualifies clients based on the customers’ needs and budget.
3. Assists clients with paperwork and legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and deeds throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
4. Builds and/or maintains relationships/networks of clients, colleagues, and industry professionals that they can leverage to find leads and business opportunities.
5. Distributes marketing materials/advertisements provided by Perfectcone Realty to potential buyers.
6. Works with clients and other parties involved in the transactions to negotiate deals and close sales.
7. Keeps up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and sales.
8. Maintains confidentiality always.
