Duties and Responsibilities
1. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
2. Responds promptly to customers questions
3. Provides outstanding customer service
4. Directs customers to the nearest physical store, if applicable
5. Keeps customers informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
6. Documents sales to ensure he/she is within target
7. Introduces store promotions and opportunities to customers.
8. Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
9. Monitors the delivery status of purchased items.
10. Issues receipt and Purchase Order.
