Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monthly achievement on unit volume and ancillary target
• To do prospecting activities from different sources such as:
a. Showroom Walk Ins
b. Referrals
c. Repeat
d. Digital Marketing
e. Telemarketing
f. Phone Inquiries
e. Emails
g. Social Media
h. Website / Online Boosting
• To look and cultivate prospective customers and brings them successfully to the next stage with a good retention rate.
• To develop proper customer handling and closing strategies
• Presenting and demonstrating the products to customers ,taking orders and selling
• To attend to customers’ needs and go beyond the customer expectations.
• To conduct post follow –up in all customer after the unit released
• To sustain accounts through sincerity of commitments, customer satisfaction and professionalism
• To attain 95% in TMP quarterly exam for each category
• To have an attendance rating of not lower than 3.0
• To participate, cooperate and attend all mandated trainings, meetings and Company activities.
• To develop and maintain expected proper work habits and attitudes
