DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Residential Account
1.1 Identify and screen prospects for the residential market for all residential services
and packages.
2. Sales Presentation
2.1 Conduct house to house activities (fieldwork), demo and presentations.
2.2 Conduct telemarketing and target more clients.

3. Sales Target
3.1 Observe, follow, and strive to meet all schedules, protocols and sales targets.
4. Sales Report
4.1 Prepare and submit all required regular sales reports and keep track of all sales
developments on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
5. Advance Deposit Collection
5.1 Collect advance deposits of clients and issues corresponding receipts.
5.2 Remit whatever collections received daily.
4. Job Order Scheduling
Coordinate with customer service representatives regarding the schedules of job orders.
5. 1st Billing Verification
Check and verify 1st billing to client to ensure that everything is accounted for and no
complaints from clients.
6. Sales Blitzes/Promotion
6.1 Conduct sales blitzes and saturation drive thru the guidance of the Marketing
Manager.
6.2 Assist in all marketing driven activities particularly on-the ground (booths) events and
promos.
6.3 Manage all marketing and aid in sales materials and collaterals and coordinate with
Marketing Coordinator for replenishment of needed resources.
6.4 Keep the Affiliate General Manager and Marketing Coordinator updated /informed as
regard to any possible sales and marketing opportunity in the area.
7. Others
7.1 Perform other job related task as may be assigned by the immediate superior from
time to time.
