Territory Mapping - Map the territory to fully understand customers' universe and determine the best area, channel and customers to prioritize.
Territory Development - Plan and execute programs to build volume, value and distribution points.
Distributor Management - Select, effectively manage, develop, and retain distributors, along with their productive personnel, and ensure mutual growth and business return.
Channel & Category Development - Understand channel & customer insights & emerging trends in the marketplace.
Customer & Industry Partnership - Create strong customer & Industry partnerships.
