Sales and Marketing Specialist/Manager monitor the day-to-day marketing operations within the company, such as market data on a local, regional or national level and you will play a key role in creating, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies across various channels, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with company goals and constant communication with the senior professionals in China, Taiwan and other Mandarin speaking counterpart and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for new or improved marketing strategies.
- Plan, create, and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Develop compelling content for websites, social media, emails, blogs, brochures, and more.
- Monitor website traffic, performance, and analytics.
- Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications.
- Organize and attend marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
