Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and assess customer needs to expand the company’s client base.
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
Team Leadership:
  • Train and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure goals are met.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share market insights, strategies, and best practices.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on customer and market insights.
Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
