Sales Managers, as Independent Contractors, will serve as a marketing extension for AGL Primo Corp, promoting the company’s real estate products responsible for overseeing a group of real estate agents, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and team management.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a starting team of 5 real estate agents.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet the company’s sales goals and objectives.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance productivity.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Must undergo trainings and attend coaching sessions.
  • Must be present in all company events and activities.
