  • Responsible for analyzing and managing the company’s sales data and accounts receivable processes. This role involves reviewing sales transactions, monitoring accounts, and ensuring the timely and accurate collection of outstanding receivables. The Sales Analyst will work closely with the finance, accounting, and sales teams to track customer payments, identify potential issues with accounts, and provide insights into sales trends and collections performance

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, sales analysis, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.\
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable processes, sales operations, and financial reporting.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Willing to be assigned in M.Ceniza St. Maguikay, Mandaue City
