- Creating and delivering reporting to the sales organization based on Sales actuals during the plan year.
- Developing and using analytics and trend analysis to predict yearly accrual performance and plan design flaws
- Delivering and monitoring new hire reports to ensure compensation documents are delivered on time

Qualifications/Requirements

- at least College level
- knowledgeable of compensation, sales and/or financial process
- Effective written and verbal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical / situational
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
