Inside Sales Senior Analyst – Thai and English Bilingual

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Inside Sales Senior Analyst (ISSA) is expected to develop, manage, and to communicate regularly with the targeted resellers.
  • The ISSA serves as the single point of contact for the resellers to discuss projects, promos, new products, technical support requirements, marketing requirements, and other partner concerns.
  • The ISR is given monthly and quarterly sales targets to achieve on various programs and supports the resellers in managing their requirements.
  • The ISR works closely with the immediate supervisor or distribution manager in the market unit in developing the channel long tail business

Qualifications/Requirements

  • More than 2 years’ experience in telesales and preferably knows the IT channel business and Indonesian market
  • Native or Professional Language expertise Thai and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in any or related field
