Job Description

Inside Sales Senior Analyst - Bilingual (Vietnamese and English)

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Analyst (ISR) is expected to develop, manage, and to communicate regularly with the targeted resellers. The ISR serves as the single point of contact for the resellers to discuss projects, promos, new products, technical support requirements, marketing requirements, and other partner concerns. The ISR is given monthly and quarterly sales targets to achieve on various programs and supports the resellers in managing their requirements. The ISR works closely with the immediate supervisor or distribution manager in the market unit in developing the channel long tail business.

Job Responsibilities:
Vertiv Partner Program
  • Recruit new resellers and activate dormant resellers by having them register and activate their accounts in the Partner Portal.
  • Communicate VIP Loyalty program to qualified partners.
  • Ensure that Channel partners contribute to the sales growth of the market unit.
  • Ensure New Registered Partners are converted to Active Buying partners.
  • Ensure that all Existing Partners are registered and have activated their accounts in the partner portal.
Sales Target and Partner Opportunities
  • Achieve the set sales target by the business through account management, development, and engaging the assigned resellers.
  • It is the responsibility of the ISR to coordinate and discuss with all stakeholders (e.g., distributor, CTS, LTS, channel manager, and OSR) the opportunity requirements of the resellers and to ensure its closure and/or completion.
Partner Communication & Enablement
  • The ISR is expected to call and communicate with the partners regularly.
  • Educate and push current and new products to resellers via emailers and/or trainings.
  • Ensure that partners are trained and equipped with the latest knowledge to sell Vertiv products and solutions.
  • Communicate sales and marketing programs to resellers.
Channel Leads
  • Manage and take action Channel Leads assigned and update leads status in Oracle in a timely manner.
  • Updates leads tracker in One Drive every week.
Partner Database
  • Manage and update the central Channel Partner database in Oracle Sales Cloud.
  • Ensure that contact person for each partner is up to date.
Reports
  • Ensure that ISR partners are tagged properly in the Sales Out Report every month.
  • Joins weekly review and Updates Reseller progress and opportunities in sales system.
Other tasks
  • Regularly joins business review, communication meetings and update with the Channel team.
  • Familiarize oneself and abide by the team’s policies and procedures.
  • Other assigned tasks and activities by the immediate superior.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Native Vietnamese Speaker or equivalent Language certification
  • Telesales (outbound calls)
  • Engaging phone manner and good listening skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Good conversational English
  • Basic Reports Preparation and Data Analysis
  • Graduate of any 4-year course and with at least 2-3 years' work experience as telesales and preferably knows the IT channel business or relevant industry
  • Outbound Calling experience is required. Excellent Communication skills, engaging phone manner and good listening skills is a must.
  • Basic reports preparation and data analysis.
