Job Description

The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with Philippine laws and company policies. This role plays a critical part in promoting a culture of safety and preventing workplace accidents and hazards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education Level: Bachelor’s Civil Engineering or related fields.
Professional Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the construction
Relevant Professional Certificates: Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH), Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Certificate
Any other safety-related certifications (e.g., First Aid, Fire Safety)
Strong knowledge of DOLE-OSH standards
Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence safety behavior

Willing to be assigned in NMIA AeroCity Project
