  • Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and
  • Conducts and supervises facility and site inspection, job hazards, analyses and other evaluation to identify hazards and potential risks.
  • Oversees the safety performance of all contractors, and is responsible for ensuring all works abide to the safety requirements.
  • Oversees the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment; worker productivity and safety construction.
  • Reviews job schedule, cost breakdown and reporting variances.
  • Responsible for preventing hazards and maintaining the safety practices of all personnel on the job site.
  • Monitors required construction site activities into logical steps, budgeting the time required to meet established deadlines.
  • Manages mobilization for efficiency and proper layout of staging areas, trailers, and site.
  • Attends preconstruction and construction meetings.
  • Conducts post-accident investigation and do necessary recommendations for changes in equipment, processes and other safety related issues to correct unsafe conditions.
  • Fulfills responsibilities on the other areas of action that may be required from time to time.
  • Generates the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Safety Reports for the Project Management Team for the use of the client.
  • Establish Safety protocols and ensure that the guidelines as per authority are fulfilled on a proper and timely manner.
  • Follows and continuously provides suggestions, comments and recommendations on the T One Environment, Health and Safety Plans for approval of the General Manager.
  • Reports to the Senior Project Manager assigned to the project.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Engineering or any related discipline.
  • Has at least 2-5 years safety management experience in high rise towers.
  • Must be BOSH/COSH Certified.
  • Preferably Bohol based.
