Job Summary:

  • Provides the necessary service of ensuring clean and comfortable rooms for guests and responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest’s requests or complaints.
  • Room attendant is empowered to release the status of the rooms from dirty to clean, ready for use to the guests according to the standard set by the hotel.


Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
• With at least 1 year working experience in hotel industry
• A fast learner, hardworking, detail oriented, and flexible
• Can work well even under pressure and with less supervision
• Can keep all rooms and public areas clean and orderly conditioned
• Willing to work on shifts
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply
