  • Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.
  • Pick up room reports and keys to be assigned areas daily. All keys must be logged in the record book.
  • Always be careful not to make excessive noise in the guest room areas. You never know when you may disturb a guest, and this applies at any time during the day or night while you are in the floor.
  • Assigned for a Minimum of 14 rooms and maximum of 18 rooms in a day.
  • Proceed straight to the linen room, removing cart, which has been stocked the night before.
  • Guests request should be prioritized such as Make up room (MUR) and Errand.
  • Arrival rooms should be done next especially if with traces for early arrival.
  • Occupied room for MUR should be done before 4:00pm.
  • Checked-out rooms and Vacant dirty especially arrival rooms must be released before 2:00pm
  • Consistently clean guest rooms according to established hotel procedures.
  • Return cart to the linen room at the end of the shift and ensure clean as you go will be practiced at all time.
  • Achieving the High quality standard cleanliness in the guest room and floors should be met.
  • Report mini bar consumption or any lost & breakage to housekeeping coordinator.
  • Maintained organize and hazard free on guest floors area.
  • Perform multitasking and have positive attitude.
  • Should be always remember and apply our best practice way (ex. Greetings, Smile, Self-service and Clean As You Go).
  • Understand that business demands sometimes make it necessary to move employees from their accustomed shift to other shifts.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Department Heads.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 700 REQUIRED WORK HOURS
  • HEALTH CARD - LLC HEALTH OFFICE        (CBC, URINALYSIS, STOOL EXAM, CHEST X-RAYS, DRUG TEST)
  • MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
  • ENDORSEMENT LETTER FROM SCHOOL
