The Right-of-Way (ROW) Officer is responsible for securing legal access and permissions for the installation and maintenance of telecommunication infrastructure on public and private properties. This role ensures that all OSP (Outside Plant) activities—such as fiber optic cable laying, pole installation, and civil works—are carried out in compliance with local laws, regulations, and agreements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree related to the job
Must have at least 1 year of experience as ROW Officer in a Telco Company
Has good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Knowledgeable about MS Office 
Has a driver’s license
