Job Description

Identifying and onboarding new franchise partners, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success

Developing and implementing strategies to drive franchise sales and revenue growth

Monitoring the performance of existing franchise locations and providing guidance to maximise their potential

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional activities for the franchise network

Ensuring franchisees comply with company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Providing training and support to franchise owners and their staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills

Continuously seeking new opportunities to expand the franchise footprint and increase market share

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum 1 years of experience in franchise management or sales, preferably within the retail industry

Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing franchise partners

Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with franchise owners

Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive franchise growth

Familiarity with the local retail landscape and understanding of the competitive environment

Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
