Job Description:
1. Plan, coordinate and drive business operations to achieve revenue and EBITDA goals;
2. Meet and exceed annual sales targets through effective marketing strategies that deliver consistent month-on-month performance;
3. Implement cost control measures and plug loopholes to maintain stringent adherence to budgetary constraints.



Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualification:
1. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management/Food Science, etc. MBS or postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage.
2. Must have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the F&B industry;
3. Must have at least 5+ years in a country or a senior management role
