Planning for and managing the overall operations of the Company. Developing and implementing approved growth strategies. managing staff, including the evaluation of their performance and productivity. Managing and coordinating with various stakeholders of the Company; and such other related functions and responsibilities as are customarily performed by one holding such position.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:
• Strong experience in Marketing & Sales Management role preferable in a retail industry.
• Well verse in the company operations and strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Self-Motivated & target driven.
