Who are we looking for:
  • Provide friendly customer service.
  • Support store operations and cashiering.
  • Complete sales documents.
  • Conduct inventory and manage stock.
  • Receive, store, and arrange products.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and store areas.

Qualifications/Requirements

What does it take to be part of the team?
  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
  • Must have at least 6 months of experience in the Retail industry or FMCG is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, customer management, and people management skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with business management knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, trustworthy, and reliable with high integrity.
  • Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to be assigned to any Alfamart Store within the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
