Job Description

Supervises and coordinates all phases of the Restaurant/Outlet operations on daily basis.

Restaurant Team Leader will ensure that all Food and Beverage service standards, departmental policies are followed by the outlet staff.



Qualifications/Requirements

Preferably with a Degree in Hospitality Management or a College Degree with an equivalent training in F & B Management.

Two years experience in Food and Beverage Service operations; both hotel and independent restaurant experience preferred.

Strong leadership and teaching skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Excellent in communication skills.
