About Us:
Top Asia is a leading Food and Beverage service provider. We seek a Restaurant Manager that is willing to learn to provide good quality customer service of a Mediterranean restaurant.

Candidate Profile:
As Restaurant Manager, you must be sensible, keen on quality, and lead by example. As our ideal candidate, you should have been working in the managerial level in the hotel or fine dining industry for at least 5 years, have earned excellence recognition, and is wanting to explore career advancements.

Job Overview:
You will learn to be systematic and strategic in your work through the guidance and mentorship of a senior executive. You will also get to lead a team, be able to build their capabilities, and be instrumental in their successes. Investing your time here will hone your people management skills and expand your process mastery.

Job Objectives:
  • To build a network of competent team leads and support groups.
  • To strengthen team dynamics, cultivate morale, and support independence.
  • To meet service and production standards consistently.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct timely performance assessments and disseminate feedback reviews.
  • Cascades latest product, service, and production processes.
  • Design and develop learning materials and applied methodologies.
  • Analyze and manage Profit and Loss (PNL) and Financial Statements of the restaurant.
  • Ensure the restaurant’s compliance with the food safety standards and procedures, maintaining good quality of customer service.
  • Ensure that the restaurant’s flow in the kitchen and service departments are organized.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Specifications:

  • Graduate of HRM, Culinary, or related course in the Food and Beverage field.
  • Must be able to converse in English.
  • Knowledgeable in reporting and in the use of office applications like spreadsheets, word documents, and slide presentations.
  • Able to read and analyze Financial Statements and PNL Reports (Profit and Loss) of the restaurant.
  • Able to ensure proper inventory management and manpower scheduling.
  • At least 5 years experience in managerial level in hotel or fine dining setup, focusing on customer service, kitchen operations, and service operations.
  • Has strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety standards.
  • Willing to work during weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to work full-time.
  • Willing to be trained at their main branch at Cebu. (with accommodation)
  • Willing to work in Alfonso, Cavite (Tagaytay).
