College Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Proficient in Indian Language or Chinese Language is Required
Excellent and has strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in reservation role.
Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
