The Senior Reservations Admin is responsible for managing and executing reservation-related
administrative tasks across all properties, ensuring seamless processes and exceptional guest
experience. This role oversees reservation accuracy, booking allocations, payment collection, and guest
requests while actively contributing to revenue optimization. The position also involves training support,
stakeholder collaboration, reporting, and resolving escalations when needed.
Hotel reservations or central reservations experience required. Customer service,
sales, or hospitality experience preferred, as well as experience in revenue
management or room allocation
