Job Description:

• Provide travel advice, reservations solutions and partner offers in a contact center environment.

• Provide a seamless customer experience through effective use of systems while using information and tools appropriately.

• Adapt well to changes in situation and task while sensitively responding and supporting others.

Qualification:

• Has a Bachelor’s degree

• Native level French and fluency in English is essential
