  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, procurement, and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Handle issues related to operations, logistics, supply chain, and customer service.
  • Support strategic planning and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in operations or a similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
