1.Develop and execute a strategic plan for the support department aligned with organizational goals.
2.Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
3.Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of support operations.
4.Provide strong leadership to the support team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
5.Mentor and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
6.Develop strategies for talent retention and career growth within the support team.
7.Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and sales, to address issues and improve overall product/service quality.
8.Prepare the global schedule and headcounts for the entire process, ensure that work is done by all departments according to the SLA and targets.
9.Identify and mitigate risks associated with support operations.
10.Implement strategies to address potential challenges proactively.
11.Ensure the effective use of support tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
