  • Responsible for operating and Maintaining a 2 stage ammonia system
  • Responsible to conduct safety inspections, including proper use of personal protective equipment and verify that safety regulations are followed.
  • Collaborating with the shift engineer on forecasting parts needs and ordering of parts needed to maintain the optimal inventory levels.
  • Responsible to perform system checks, system troubleshooting and performing calibration and repairs.
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations.
  • Troubleshooting and identifying a problem and refer a logical solution to them.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of ammonia refrigeration compressors, condensers, pumps, vessels / re-circulators, evaporators / heat exchangers, and control valves / isolation valves while using the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s guidelines
  • Performs routine inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems, vacuum cooling system, compressors, valves, pumps and various other mechanical devices.
  • Perform other task assigned from time to time by the shift engineer.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of Vocational or 2-year short course in Refrigeration and Air-condition Technology
  • Preferably has 1-2 years work experience in installing/servicing/troubleshooting refrigerators and air-conditioning units
  • With exposure in electrical and mechanical works, and facilities maintenance
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan (Stay out)
