Frabelle Cold Storage Corporation operates full service cold storage facilities which are strategically located near major ports and highways within the Greater Metropolitan Area. It caters to food manufacturers, processors, traders, and restaurants, ensuring their valued inventory ranging from fruits, vegetables, seafood, meat, poultry, and processed food products are kept fresh and in excellent condition.
Frabelle's cold storage plants are equipped with freezer and chiller storage, air blast freezers which are capable of freezing goods in less than four hours, reefer van plug-in facilities, and leasable processing areas. Its combination of free stacking and mobile racking systems, along with a customized program for stock control, tracking and documentation allow for quick and efficient stock receiving and retrieval.
As its Maintenance Operator, you will be tasked to:
1. Takes periodic reading of refrigeration systems including temperature, cooling tower’s cooling operation, pressure vessels level and evaporator’s cooling and defrosting operation.
2. Responsible for taking regular and hourly temperature gauge reading of the freezer rooms (digital and data logger) to ensure suitable room temperature depending on the product requirement contained inside the cold storage rooms.
3. Responsible for conducting regular preventive maintenance; overhaul and repair of machines and equipment.
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems or failures in the refrigeration system.
5. Operate and maintain the power generator set and see to it that it is always available.
6. Ensure cleanliness of the control rooms including equipment/ machineries. Maintain tools in safe operating conditions.
7. Perform other related activities as assigned.
