Job Description

-Assume responsibility in the maintenance and repair of facilities air conditioning units. 

- Processing and completing work orders.

-Replacing worn seals, outer shells, and worn-out motors.

-Ordering equipment supplies, repair modules, and sundries for the order.

-Maintaining stock levels.

-Informing clients of repair costs and alternate cooling options.

Qualifications/Requirements

-High school diploma or GED.

-Previous experience as a refrigeration technician.

-Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
