JOB SUMMARY
The role is primarily responsible for delivering all recruiting facets for a diverse group of business partners. This will be achieved through execution of sourcing strategies, recruiting plans and activities, as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas to deliver an elite candidate experience.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with Hiring Managers and business unit leaders to define and document hiring forecasts.
Defines, develops, plans and implements recruiting strategies to provide a qualified candidate pool and recommend areas for improvement and to ensure best practices at all times.
Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads.
Upon approval of a new requisition, work with the hiring manager to set Service Level Agreements (SLA) expectations and requirements.
Make full use of existing tools to generate candidate pipelines and keep up to date on new sourcing tools and technologies to improve the sourcing capabilities of the function.
Conducts lead generation activities utilizing various sourcing channels (e.g. online portals, career site, social media, referrals, and networking).
Present a creative approach to finding candidates, and utilize experience in building relationships with senior level candidates.
Conduct higher-level interviews to potential candidates by using detailed screening and selection techniques and criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool.
Maintain talent pools and keep candidates warm in the pipeline.
Ensures on target closure of job vacancies using targeted and streamlined sourcing and selection techniques.
Extends and discusses job offers to fulfill the requirement.
Prepares recruitment progress,hiring status and other ad-hoc reports.
Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or other recruiting events.
Work with content and creatives to help optimize creative content while aligning with the company’s overall marketing campaigns.
Oversee and identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in building a talent network.
Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry.
