About the role
Motolite is seeking an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to join our team. This role involves attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth recruitment process, and retaining the best candidates. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methods, sourcing techniques and candidate assessment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in using recruitment and HR technology, including applicant tracking systems or Workday
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
