Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to define job requirements, including skills, experience, and qualifications needed for each position.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit through phone interviews, technical assessments, coding challenges, and behavioral interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, keeping candidates engaged and interested in opportunities with the organization.
  • Showcase the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities through employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, blog posts, employee testimonials, and participation in industry events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, continuously evaluating and improving recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, maintaining accurate records and documentation related to candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably within the software development or professional services firm offering outsourcing services
  • Strong understanding of technology and software development concepts, with the ability to assess technical skills and competencies of candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve recruitment goals.
  • Certifications in Human Resources or Recruitment are a plus.
