A Talent Acquisition Staff is responsible for providing assistance to fill staff vacancies by evaluating candidates and building networks with potential hires. They take a more hands-on role in assessing candidates’ resumes, credentials, and best available talent.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year course/Human Resource is a plus
  • Must have at least 1 year experience on the same field.
  • With good communication skills, has an eye to details, organize
  • Has strong analytic and decision-making skills
  • Experience in recruitment cycle usage of various interview techniques of evaluation methods
