Conduct a thorough review of the company's background, position, qualifications, location, and compensation.
Maintain ongoing communication with the HR staff, HR coordinator, and Recruitment supervisor to remain abreast of the latest hiring initiatives in order to prevent any mishandling of applicants.
Ensure preparedness in terms of tools and equipment required for job announcements, including but not limited to flyers, tarpaulins, and giveaways.
Administer direct job postings on various social media and recruitment accounts of the company; conduct preliminary phone screenings and promptly address inquiries.
Forge partnerships with local government units, universities, parochial, and private sectors (including TESDA and vocational schools) to ensure meticulous filing of applicant data and meticulous preparation of job announcement tools/equipment. Be prepared to offer support as and when required by the unit.
Provide comprehensive assistance to the Team Leader and Recruitment supervisor, and duly submit pre-qualified applicants to the interviewer and deployment officer.
Assume responsibility for fulfilling all clients' manpower requests within the stipulated timeline aligned with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Ensure candidates' eligibility to work within the organization and engage in negotiations pertaining to salaries, contracts, working conditions, and redundancy packages with staff and their representatives.
All recruitment personnel are required to document their attendance via a group message in messenger.
It is imperative for the peso staff/store manager to officially acknowledge their attendance at job fairs or store interviews.
Compulsory attendance and responsiveness to meetings called upon by the team leader or supervisor.
Undertake any additional responsibilities as delegated.
