Sourcing Specialist
The Sourcing Specialist is overall responsible for providing technical recruitment sourcing/support for a team of Consultants. Candidate will demonstrate a high degree of effective organizational, administrative and analysis with the ability to understand technical roles to be placed in Bermuda and Cayman. Critical thinking will be required together with an ability to work under pressure in a variety of situations. This is an exciting opportunity to someone motivated by engaging with candidates and giving support to a recruitment division.
The successful candidate will report into recruitment managers and work closely with experienced recruitment consultants. They will report onsite within the Expertise offices in BGC, Taguig or Iloilo Business Park, Iloilo City and be willing to work the graveyard shift, Mondays to Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Providing recruitment support to a team of recruitment professionals in talent sourcing
- Working with consultants to identify target talent pools and utilizing recruitment databases, LinkedIn and other sourcing avenues to generate pools of suitable talent
- Advanced searching methods including enhanced database and external market searches for niche/technical roles i.e. LinkedIn searches
- Handle communications with appropriate candidates to ascertain interest in job seeking and coordinate and facilitate initial introductory meetings
- Record detailed candidate information within recruitment database inclusive of candidate skillset, experience background, interests, compensation and availability
- Effective use of applicant tracking/client relationship management system
- Running reports on daily, weekly, and quarterly basis
- Support with ad hoc projects from time to time including other tasks as needed and directed by the Manager(s)
- Independently lead projects under guidance of the Manager(s)
- Correspond directly with Clients/candidates if directed by the Consultants
- Proactively provide suggestions for improvement and efficiencies in all recruitment processes
