Recruitment Supervisor/Officer will be overseeing the end to end process of recruitment. He/She will be leading the recruitment team.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

    • At least three years experience in handling end to end Recruitment and Selection preferably in the same industry with 1 year of experience in a lead role
    • Hands-on experience with job sites like job portals
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and job portal.
    • Solid experience with applicant tracking systems
