Responsible for the end to end recruitment flow for HQ employees. (sourcing, posting, initial interview, coordination with hiring managers, offboarding, resignation and quitclaim)
Responsible for onboarding of newly hired employees (orientation, BDO ATM, application, access cards, COD, contract signing)
Prepares semi-monthly payroll endorsement submitted to HR Supervisor for payroll inclusion.
Manages the recruitment portals and coordinates to account managers for utilization and subscriptions.
Develop and consult a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs.
Prepares and update monthly recruitment and onboarding report for Head Office.
Prepares and ensures that payment for headhunters and recruitment portals are accurate and paid in a timely manner
Conduct weekly update to regions for their concerns and inquiries
Organizes and assists the HR Team in the implementation of company initiated activities
Prepare ad hoc tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
