• Assists the Quality Management Representative in implementing and maintaining the quality management systems of the organization in accordance to ISO 9001.
• Promotes awareness on customer requirements throughout the company.
• Facilitates activities related to the scope of the quality management system.
• Receives and/or prepares document requests.
• Checks quality of document according to the set standard of the organization.
• Issues and finalizes new and/or revised documents.
• Maintains and updates master list of documents.
• Reviews and updates documents control process.
• Updates Records Management Table and Master List of External References.
• Prepares and disseminates minutes of meeting upon request.
• Files documents in physical and digital forms.
• Maintains confidentiality around sensitive information.
