JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regular:
1. Assists walk-in guests, clients unit owners, tenants, etc. on their inquiries and liaises them to appropriate units or individuals.
2. Receives and relays business calls and messages to appropriate units or individuals.
3. Receives, sorts and distributes mails and utility bills to different units or individuals.
4. Monitors the complaints of unit owners or tenants and relay them to the appropriate units and makes necessary follow-ups on the progress of the complaints when needed.
5. Monitors and records log-in and log-out time of guests, unit owner, tenants and employees.
6. Responsible for boardroom and meeting room reservations.
7. Coordinates with the Superior for problems or concerns encountered and instructions.
8. Prepares and submits required reports.
9. All other related tasks as required.
