Should not leave the counter without properly turning over to a substitute.
Should maintain the rules in assigning therapists to customers.
Should maintain inventories of supplies. And follow procedure in requesting supplies. Request forms should be used.
Should submit the payroll report on time otherwise the payroll will be delayed.
In-charge of depositing daily collection.
Should maintain the cleanliness , the scent and coolness of the shop. Cleanliness includes the towels used, pajamas, shorts and others.
From time to time should inspect the inside of the shop whether the linens, towels pillow cases and others are clean. This should be done daily and with therapists are in the reception area.
Is responsible for maintaining the Scent inside the shop. The scent is a very important factor inside the shop.
Reports to Operations Manager the number of therapist (Present and Absent).
Make supply request to head office and should be the one to make follow-up of request.
Makes report to the Operations Manager on daily operation of the shop.
Follows strictly the rules and regulations set forth by the company.
Shall direct the Utility personnel on his/her job.
Should religiously comply waivers and checklists.
Submits all paperwork and financial reporting, when applicable, in accordance with management standards
Becomes knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities n order to effectively communicate with members and/or guests
Receives payments for services and properly accounts for the money. Reconciles daily sales, deposits, and receipts, when applicable
Does other tasks assigned by the Operation Manager.
