Receptionist Duties:
• Greet visitors, manage front desk inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt responses.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk and lobby area.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scheduling meetings.
Purchasing Duties:
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for various materials and services.
• Prepare and process purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement records.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings.
