Job Description

Receptionist Duties:
• Greet visitors, manage front desk inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt responses.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk and lobby area.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scheduling meetings.
Purchasing Duties:
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for various materials and services.
• Prepare and process purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement records.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,823.00 per month
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Shift system
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Overtime pay

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
• With at least 6 months related work experience
• Strong customer service skills, including interpersonal, communication abilities and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and handle front desk and procurement responsibilities efficiently.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes or procurement software is a plus.
