Job Description

As Real Estate Salesman, you are expected to attain:
  • Sales Revenue & Pipeline Management: Achieving and exceeding sales targets by generating revenue through closing deals and meeting customer’s needs.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identifying and acquiring new customers while retaining existing ones through effective relationship management and customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the products or services offered in order to effectively demonstrate and explain their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Learning & Development: Continuously improving sales skills and techniques by staying updated on industry trends, attending sales training programs and adopting successful sales strategies to increase conversion rates.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or at least completed 2 years in College or completed 72 units.
  • We're looking for people with great communication skills, both verbal and written. Our team welcomes talent that has experience in relationship building, sales, marketing, and customer service.
