  • Handle recruitment of referrers and prospecting based on target market
  • Fulfill prospecting and recruitment quota on a monthly basis
  • Handle new and ongoing sales under referrers, in-house program, walk-in, and digital/online
  • Entertain referrers and buyers upon schedule or walk-in via different platforms available
  • Handle Inquiries properly including product presentations and pitch
  • Make sure to convince Clients to close sale

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Real Estate Management or any related course.
  • Proven experience as a financial advisor in the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of real estate finance and investment evaluation techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling software and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients
