REAL ESTATE SALESMAN

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or customer service is a plus, but not required for entry level positions.

• Follow company guidelines for marketing materials and advertising strategies.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops offered by the firm to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends.
• Must be present in all company events and activities.
