  • Selects proper ionizing factors for radiological diagnosis.
  • Maintains required records such as patient records, daily logbooks, and monthly reports.
  • Maintains quantity and quality control checks to assure x-ray unit meets standards required by laws and department policies.
  • Cleans, maintains and makes minor adjustments to radiographic equipment, including determining repairs needed to equipment.
  • Performs radiographic procedures for patients in surgery.
  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and regulations to minimize patient and staff exposure to ionizing radiation during imaging procedures.
  • Process and review x-ray images to ensure technical adequacy and diagnostic quality, identifying any artifacts, positioning errors, or abnormalities that may require re-imaging or further evaluation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of BS in Radiologic Technology; with updated PRC license.
  • At least 1 year relevant experience, but open for fresh passers.
  • Keen attention to details; able to address concerns promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
